Two adjacent Victorian semi-detached self-catering cottages. No. 13, has one double and two single bedrooms. No. 15 (on the right of the 2 properties has one double, one twin and one single.Please note that the main bathroom is on the ground floor of each property. Although similar inside, there are slight differences between the properties. Number 13 has a useful extra wc on the first floor. It will sleep up to 4 people. However, please be aware that the stairs are quite steep in this property and it is not really suitable for anyone with limited mobility.Number 15 does not have the upstairs wc but does have a larger 2nd bedroom allowing it to sleep up to 5 people.Each property has a fully-fitted kitchen, lounge with HD TV and DVD player, separate dining room and a portable TV in each bedroom.At the back of both properties is a lawned garden with a separate patio area.Both cottages have free Wi-Fi. Bedding, towels and teacoffee facilities are all included.There is no off-road parking unfortunately, but on-street parking directly outside the properties or very close by is not usually a problem.Victoria Road is nice and central, so you can walk into town or to the railway station in less than 10 minutes.

From the M20 (J7) and M2 (J5) motorways, take the A249 northbound towards Sheerness. Take the exit for the A2 Rainham and Sittingbourne and at the roundabout, take the exit for the A2 towards Sittingbourne.After one mile look for Victoria Road on the left hand side, opposite the Total petrol station. Numbers 13 and 15 are half way along the road on the right hand side.
